3. No professional relationship

Using the Service does not create a contractor, engineering, legal, or financial advisory relationship. We are not a party to any agreement you enter with a contractor.

The Quote Analyzer uses automated and AI-assisted analysis to highlight potentially omitted scope and questions to ask. Its output may contain errors or omissions and should be treated as a starting point for your own due diligence, not as a definitive audit.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not use automated systems to submit excessive requests to our tools or APIs.
• Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have the right to share.
