How our estimates work
Our calculations are deterministic. We multiply project unit sizes by vetted material specs and labor hours, calibrated against Bureau of Labor Statistics regional metro wage indexes, municipal permit difficulty, and local sales tax. We do not ask a language model to invent dollar figures. The result is a defensible planning range — not a guess.
